Prevention of Sexual Harrasment (POSH) at workplace & Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) workshop are to be conducted in Indraprastha Global School, Noida for the teachers. The resource person for both the workshops is Prof (Dr) Poorva Ranjan. The Indraprastha Global School has signed the MoU with the School Outreach Cell of Higher Education (SOCH). These workshops are the outcome of those MoUs. It is mandatory to conduct POSH workshop at a workplace which has more than 10 employees. Similarly, for the institutes dealing with children, POCSO workshop is mandatory. The school was keen to conduct these sessions for all their teachers before the new session starts. The POSH workshop would be dealing with the concepts of boundaries, sexual harrasment and workplace. Similarly, POCSO workshop is going to talk about the concept and myths associated with child abuse. Both the workshops would also be covering the legal aspects of POSH & POCSO.
