Concept of Multidimensional Leadership Conclave - MDLC
The MDLC Series was started in 2021, under the aegis of DME Management School (DMS). Under Conclave Series, DMS invites eminent leaders from diverse domains to deliberate and discuss contemporary issues. The Conclave comprises Panel Discussions, Presentations by Guest Speakers, Q&A sessions, etc. The idea is to have diverse viewpoints on an issue, by including Industry Professionals, Media Persons, Political Leaders, and not only just the academic fraternity. This enables DME students to have a holistic view of current matters, broadening their horizons and building their viewpoints. Outcome: Informed and enhanced decision-making skills in students by drawing inspiration from the life experiences of leaders from varying disciplines. Opportunity to interact with dynamic leaders and managers and be ready to take up challenging roles and responsibilities to excel in all facets of life.

Objectives

The MDLC series aims at converging the thoughts and experiences of leaders from different backgrounds and initiate discourses around topics of pertinence. It is a platform for engaging and meaningful deliberations as diverse fields have their challenges, opportunities, and success stories.

Outcome

Informed and enhanced decision-making skills in students by drawing inspiration from the life experiences of leaders from varying disciplines. Opportunity to interact with dynamic leaders and managers and be ready to take up challenging roles and responsibilities to excel in all facets of life.
