Peer- to-Peer FDP

 DME Media School is organising fifth Consecutive Peer-to-Peer Faculty Development Program (P2P-FDP) on the theme' Experiential and blended learning: Developing a model for media education' on Feberuary 27 and 28 in the Seminar Hall. The two- day program is supported by  Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and ppwered by Research and Innovation in Media (RIM). During the two days program the faculty members of DME Media School including the Dean DME Media School and Professor Dr. Ambrish Saxena, and HOD Dr. Susmita Bala will deliver their presentation on various sub-themes to enhance experiantial and blended learning. Participating faculty members are at liberty to determine their topic of presentation in the light of the concept note and the theme of the peer-to-peer faculty development programme. . Each presentation is expected to be of 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for Q&A session.  The FDP has been initiated and ideated by Dr Ambrish Saxena and is helping teachers to explore interesting teaching tools since 2017. The two days exercise helps teachers to learn alternate pedagogic techniques for future teaching endeavours.Some of the prominent features of the P2P-FDP are mentioned as: promoting the use of technology for experimenting with blended learning; examining the solutions applied by DME and teachers of Media School; Shedding light on methods to improve e-content generation and delivery; Apprising the peers with digital tools and techniques applied in teaching;  sharing with peers the outcome of experiments for making the teaching interesting & developing an effective model for strengthening media teaching-learning process.
