Leadership plays a role in everyday life-in every little thing we do. An individual can develop his leadership qualities by becoming a person with core values of fine character and integrity. An effective leader needs to know how to work with a range of people: including their skills, perspectives and personalities. Leadership is about creating highly effective and optimised teams who can efficiently and effectively deliver on those goals.

Keeping this in mind, Outreach Cell in association with Bal Bharati Public School, Noida plans to conduct a one-day workshop on Team building & leadership skills. The workshop is to be conducted for the prospective students who are nominated for the student council of the school. The aim of the workshop is to develop the leadership and team skills among the nominated students. The basic tenets of leadership and team building are going to be covered in the interactive and fun-filled way with the students
