It is said, " A leader is the one who sees more than others see, who sees farther than others see and who sees before others see.” Keeping this in mind, Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME) is conducting leadership workshop exclusively for Bal Bharati Public School, Noida for classes X, XI & XII. The event is conducted by School Outreach Cell for Higher Education (SOCH) in collaboration with DME Management School. The basic purpose of this workshop is to get the students ready for the various leadership roles in their school. It will also help them to prepare to take any leadership rolres in future. The workshop would have various activities to enable the students learn about the various dimensions of leadership. The children would learn about team building, collaboration and ommunication skills through these activities. In addition, the students would also learn about the importance of taking the responsibility and strategic thinking
